Quantum HRM International, a Personnel Certification Body (Lembaga Sertifikasi Person/LSP), and Global Communication Network Indonesia (GCNI) have officially signed a Cooperation Agreement to deliver human resource training and competency certification based on SNI ISO/IEC 17024:2012, the Indonesian National Standard for personnel certification aligned with international ISO/IEC standards.

The agreement was signed in Jakarta by Prof. Pribadiyono, Executive Director of LSP Quantum HRM International, and Azizie Hanief Azhad, President Director of Global Communication Network Indonesia, on Wednesday (28 January 2026). The partnership marks a strategic step toward strengthening Indonesia’s human resource competency development ecosystem with national and international recognition.

Through this collaboration, both parties agreed to organize training and personnel certification programs for a wide range of participants, including officials from ministries and government agencies, regional governments, professionals, university students, and the general public.

Prof. Pribadiyono emphasized that the partnership will expand the reach of certification services provided by Quantum HRM International, which is accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (Komite Akreditasi Nasional/KAN).

“This cooperation opens strong synergies between a certification body and a strategic partner in the field of communication. It is expected to enhance the delivery of training and certification programs based on SNI ISO/IEC 17024:2012,” he stated.

He added that the collaboration is designed not merely as a short-term initiative, but as a sustainable strategic partnership to address future challenges in Indonesia’s human resource development.

“We see this collaboration evolving into a joint platform for building a training and certification ecosystem that is adaptive to the demands of the times. It is not only oriented toward meeting competency standards, but also toward creating human resources capable of adapting, innovating, and making tangible contributions to national development,” Prof. Pribadiyono said.

According to him, the synergy between competency development and strategic communication is key to expanding the program’s impact.

“By combining the strength of professional certification from Quantum HRM International with a robust communication network, we are optimistic that this collaboration will reach government institutions, state-owned enterprises, the business sector, and educational institutions, while also strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s human resources,” he added.

Meanwhile, Azizie Hanief Azhad, President Director of Global Communication Network Indonesia, stated that the cooperation reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the enhancement of national human resource quality through strategic communication and competency strengthening.

“We see an increasingly urgent need for certified human resources with global competitiveness. Through this partnership, Global Communication Network Indonesia is ready to play an active role in supporting credible, accountable training and certification programs that comply with international standards,” Azizie said.

He further described the cooperation as a long-term investment in Indonesia’s human capital development.
“Going forward, Global Communication Network Indonesia will fully support the development of training and certification programs that not only meet international standards, but are also effectively communicated to the public and key stakeholders,” he added.

By combining the certification credibility of Quantum HRM International and the communication network of Global Communication Network Indonesia, the collaboration is expected to produce thematic and international certification programs that reach government institutions, state-owned enterprises, the private sector, and higher education institutions. The partnership also aims to build an integrated and sustainable training and certification ecosystem to enhance Indonesia’s human resource competitiveness at both national and global levels.
